For Sale: Escape 19, Seattle Area (Bainbridge Island)

I'm selling my 2020 Escape 19. Used for 3 trips to California for about 2 to 3 weeks each trip. I've attached a copy of the original build sheet. Because of Covid shortages the Escape gave us a 13000 btu AC unit instead of the 10K one. I turned it on once to see if it would work, otherwise not used. Last year I added a 2000 watt inverter which I used for stopovers on my way to charge my laptop make two cups of coffee and some toast. The rewiring I did for the inverter was done to the CAD design found on this site. I'm including some homemade chocks, 2 Anderson levelers, Camco potable water hose with filter and regulator, Camco power grip 30 amp surge protector, a never used Camco Rhino 15 foot sewer line, and large tarp for storage. Also the mattress has a fitted cover. The material is like what covers outdoor furniture.
The only flaw is a blemish on the front of the storage box lid. The photos should show all items. I did a build on Escape's site and the cost new is now 48000+ US dollars. I'm selling it for 35000 US

As an original owner hopefully you received the recall notice regarding the Suburban SDS2 cook top propane leaks. For the safety of the new owner PLEASE ensure that this has been addressed or disclose to them that it needs to be done.
