2011 Escape 19’

I’m the 2nd owner and kept it tarped in the winter.
1st owner stored it inside a garage.
Located in Mission, BC, Canada
Interested in Canadian buyers only.

I’m very sad to sell but life circumstances require it.
Used only a few times since I purchased it used in 2018.

-Brand new tires as of last summer (used once)
-Super clean
-All cushions and mattress in excellent condition
-All retractable blinds in excellent condition.
-Bunk option
-All lights switched over to LED bulbs
-Air conditioning
-tons of storage space

Needs replacing
- kitchen sink and faucet
-water pump
-one light over dining room table
-no microwave (I never used one)
-the do-hicky thingy that holds the door open
-screen on screen door has detached at the bottom
-awning works for shade but has some wear and will let some rain in.

FYI your graphic with specs are for the Gen2 19. The original Gen1 19's like yours have a GVWR of 4000# and published tank sizes are: Fresh: 20 gallon; Gray: 26 gallon; Black: 14 gallon

The brochure I took that info from was inside the trailer when I bought it. So I just assumed. 🤦🏻*♀️

I just sold it but the new owners are aware of the correct specs, thanks to you! 🙂
I’ll remove the pic nevertheless.

Since there's some confusion, the actual GVWR for the trailer will be on the registration plate with the VIN on the driver's side, front of the trailer. It should also show the weight of everything you can put into or on the trailer as it was shipped from ETI.

You can see the plate in the second photo, but not enough detail to read the numbers.
