All electric?

Curious if any Escape owners have gone the all-electric route, with induction cooktop, electric heater, etc? We would generally have hookups available and I'm not crazy about indoor propane systems.
If any have gone this route I would like to hear about it and any issues encountered.

Some have tried it but the one I'm aware of sold their Escape and bought motorized unit. It had extra batteries, not sure about the propane but it was a one of a kind unit which I do not think Escapee's would make again. You may have to purchase a stock unit and then replace the propane stove and heater with electric. Also the refer runs off propane while towing, so additional solar and batteries would be needed.

You might want to reach out to Serendipity. They traveled 3000 miles home to NJ with their new trailer without using the propane system. They might have some good insight.

I think we are without hookups more often than we have them, between various music festivals, star parties, etc, so there's no way I would forgo propane. haven't used the microwave yet, however we use the gas oven nearly every time we go out.

The only appliances which burn propane inside the trailer's air space are the stove and (optional) oven, so while the other appliances are inside the trailer, there's no propane exposure or exhaust from them inside the trailer.

Some buyers have had custom stoves installed at the factory, so they might leave the stove out entirely. I do recall an issue with having an unused connection point in the propane system in some buyers' proposals, but Escape might be willing to entirely omit the propane system.

The refrigerator, furnace, and water heater all have exterior air intakes and exhaust vents. In a new trailer you might be able to leave one or more of them out in the original build (perhaps for a credit in some cases), but you may not be able to get the factory to leave the trailer's shell without the cutouts.
