When our 21 was about a year old we had repeated alarms for no reason.
When I contacted Escape, I was told there were quite a few of the units having problems and to contact the manufacturer directly. They offered to send a replacement while we were traveling, but I just got them to send one to me when we got home and installed in the battery box area with the two 6's. No charge, and no alarms over the last many months and many days in the trailer. Pretty simple to do, just two wires, once you get access.
Quick disconnects that someone else did, was a good idea.
