I have only camped in Florida a few times so I am not the best source for campground recommendations, however I did discover a handy tool for getting campsites that fill quickly. I have used Wanderinglabs.com and campnab effectively. The sites will take your campground request and dates and search for cancellations every few minutes sending you an email when one is available. There maybe a small fee but worth it in my opinion.
