NEWYORKHILLBILLY - The dimensions for the 21NE that you received are correct to within +/- 1/2" everywhere. The dimensions for the dinette foot well area are to the inside of the seat cushions. The dimensions at floor level are 34" x 41".

We prevented mattress area condensation issues in our 19' with a Froli travel system and an actual queen size 60x80" Holy Lamb Organics all wool mattress.
