Graphics color durability ratings
I'm choosing colors for graphics, but durability will narrow my selection. No point choosing something nice if it's not the most durable (for my situation).
The graphics color sheet has a few options with icons indicating 2 or 3 yr durability etc, but most colors have no specific durability listed.
ETI told me today "If the graphics do not have a specific year indication they are rated for up to 6 years." I thought it was odd that the colors with specific years listed would be LESS durable that the unlabeled ones.
Can anyone confirm this for me?
EDIT: can I delete this thread? ETI just clarified with a new graphics sheet that has the tiny numbers that denote each durability rating.

I will, she actually sent me someone else's build sheet, but once I get the sheet she described I'll post it

Durability
The sheet with durabilities will be very interesting. Our 2010 19 had the very popular red graphics and they looked great at 7 years when we sold it. I’d guess that summer sun fade and off season outside storage may well shorten the life.

I think I just attached the graphics sheets with durability in years. Who has gotten the extra durable Avery 900 film versus the standard 700? How long are your graphics lasting? Peeling graphics would really age a trailer.

Thanks for the sheet. Glad I don’t have a thing for
Silver iguana. Probably be 6 months.

I've had no problem with peeling but our nearly 11 year old trailer does has quite faded gold colour graphics on the passenger side. The trailer is stored outdoors and both when Alf had it and now in our Drive the passenger side always faces south. The photos were taken just last week.

Have Forest Green to match Toyota Black Forest Green for 9 + years and I've seen no evidence of fading or peeling.

Ours lasted about a year. Decided i didn't want to deal with it and preferred the nekked look so I peeled 'em off. Others opted for no install during production. Some folks I've had the pleasure to meet out there in the Great Wide Open say they couldn't come to terms with Tammy for their rolling billboard royalties

Ah, oh boy. Ive taken issue with car dealerships in the past with this.
What color did you have? How hard was it to remove the old graphics?

Adrian : Your trailer looks great and so does Glenn’s. I was proud to pull the rolling Escape billboard 20,000 miles in 2017. When people wait in a parking lot for you to come out of a restaurant so they can ask you about your trailer and they can’t believe they’ve happened on to an Escape, we are only too happy to give them a good look inside and out. Alf and I compare looker stories each fall at Niagara Falls. Where’s my kool aide? Ever see those 90s Dodge pickups that all the paint peeled off of? Now that’s a problem. And they’re still selling Dodges. Lots of them

Rubber Duckie is one of the longer lasting ones,
OK everyone, let's hold our noses and sing.
Every day when I make my way to the tubby.
I find a little fellow whose cute and yellow and chubby.

I don't have a big deal with fading. If that's the 3 yr gold, that's pretty good. Peeling would be a mess. I'm leaning toward just getting a higher rated gray and being done with it.
What does it look like with no graphics? Do you get a credit?

Kinda looks like a large white blob, in my opinion.
And, I like people to know that I am an astute consumer.

We chose the Battleship grey. While I was disappointed it was missing the gun mounts so far I have not had to yell "You sank my Battleship"
To me the graphics add to the look of the trailer.

Sorry for the delay, was prepping the bumper for a repaint. Wasn't very hard to remove them; it helps to do it on a warm day and a hair dryer can help. Can't wait much past a year I would think, otherwise you will see ghosting from the gel coat fading slightly around them.
Edit: original color was some kind of red.

If you choose no graphics it's just a plain white trailer.. (except for the spare tire cover)
If you opt for no graphics these days you dont get any credit back for that, so if you are on the fence about it and can apply them yourself, pick a color and ask for the decal but not to be applied.

One thing we've noticed is more people come up and ask about the trailer without the graphics. Some people just omit the front graphic. To each their own, a dog a bone
