Help with 19' build
I am trying to finalize my build for a 19' escape. Below is an image with my selected options. Please review and let me know if there are other options I should consider.
Thank you!

additional 12v drops in cabinets for interior LED lighting?
outside hatch?? (no idea on that one)
heating pads for tanks are generally not popular here, but if you get the under foam, you lose your chance to install later on. --- Also any third party tank monitoring system.
Looks like you have a great trailer coming!

I see you're getting the three burner stove. Have you seen a picture of the 19' with this stove? You are going to have almost zero counter space if that's important to you. I've only seen the two burner in a 19'. I love the fact I had the two burner in Ten Forward changed to portrait. I wanted to gain back as much counter space as I could. Needed a place for a water pitcher and Mr. Coffee... YMMV
You've got a much of nice options!

I will think about the stove. Thanks for input! Very valid point.

That looks pretty complete. As for the heat pads, it depends on how late or early in the season you will be out and if you are plugged in. And have you noticed the latest currency exchange rate? Loren

Some buyers have added a light centrally over the dining room table. Although the current lights are ok, a central light would definitely be an improvement.

I had a senior moment there, but now I remember what I was going to ask. Two way hot water tank? Loren

Is this in the roof? What is the cost? I think it might be good option, eyes are getting older too!

I had light switches for the drivers side exterior light and 1 interior overhead light added at the door. Also went with an amber lens on the exterior light at the door.

I like the kitchen window to open. And I only got 4 aluminum rims, on the premise that I'd always have a cover for the spare tire. Reace told me I couldn't get a shut-off valve for the toilet on a 19...maybe it's because you've got the foot pedal model?

-should come with 1 interior switch for 1 interior light.
-I added a double LED light above the front dinette. I really like it. It means there are plenty of lights in the front area ( I also have captain's lights in corners) which some consider overkill, but I like it because I can customize the lighting any way I wish at the time.
-I added a single LED light over the kitchen sink (for a total of two). I also really like this. I prefer to cook outside, but there has been times when it's been too stormy/windy/late/etc. so I cook inside. I really like good lighting in a kitchen area.
- I can't see mention whether kitchen window is opening or closing. There's been a lot of discussion about that issue.
- larger fridge?
-what's the LED indicator for the water heater?

I have a 19 on order and asked for a toilet shutoff valve, and they added it, no problemo.

Santacruzer, that used to be the case on the 19, but now they will add the shutoff valve under the driver side dinette bench.

To make sure its not left on, unless needed. I guess more of a reminder for me!

Works like the yellow bug lights, our last trailer had one and it worked pretty good. We also like the subdued light it casts.
