Thanks for the response. I've been leaning towards the 19 footer. My opportunity to try out a local 17 foot Casita fell thru twice ( recall issue ).
I expect to travel quite a bit , I expect 1-3 additional visitors every so often.
My concern is I have an older Tacoma V6 TRD ( great condition ) and plan to go to some area more remote.
You'll need to watch closely on this forum and the Escape trailer Facebook group and also subscribe to the Escape preowned list https://escapetrailer.com/pre-owned-trailer-listings/ When used Escapes come up for sale, they often sell in less than a day, so you have to move fast and have cash available. Good luck!
That's not what I expected. Has it always been like that ? There seems to be less room and time for negotiation with counters . What about the physical approval of the trailer inspection ?

Do your homework
Do your homework, on this forum and others. Fiberglass trailers sell muy pronto. Things do NOT go the way you expected, hoped for, or assumed. This is especially true with Escape rigs.
You are also looking for a rig at a really bad time, with all manner of things in limited supply now due to Covid. But Escapes are relatively rare, all the time. They pop up, & when they do, move fast, very, very fast.
I really appreciate the advice. I suppose there are a variety of experiences from both sellers and buyers perspectives in a transaction. I feel somewhat assured that Escape owners take
pride in maintaining their quality trailers but will keep my eyes wide open.
