WTB: E19 or E21 with Cot/Bunk (Northwest)

Hey all,

• I am looking to purchase a E19 or E21 with a COT (or at least with the reinforced walls/brackets that can handle a cot).
• I am not picky about features except the need for the COT, and a flush toilet.
• I live in Seattle but would be willing to travel almost anywhere in the Northwest/BC.
• I am also not picky about year, I would consider almost anything.
• I am looking for something <$40,000.

FYI the 21C is not available with a cot. The newer (available only since 2020) 21NE (19 layout in a 21 shell) is available with a cot but there are much fewer of these available used.
