a little disappointing
When I was working on my build, Escape was very responsive, usually answering my emailed questions the same day or the next morning at the latest.
Now, after signing my build sheet I have a question about delivery (trying to pick a date after the build date for delivery, but have a couple of questions before I fix the date). I've sent my question to 3 different emails (delivery, info and just today resent it to the sales email I'd used previously). So far, nothing....dead silence. Not even a receipt acknowledgement.....it's been a week so far and I'm still waiting.
I hope this isn't a preview of how it's going to be....
