Bedding?

What is your bedding setup? Bed and dinette bed if you use it. Anyone cover their mattress to match custom fabric? Mattress comes white?

I bought, haven't yet installed a pure white mattress pad for my 5.0 TA. Not sure if the mattress comes in white?

I asked Crystal the size of the mattress on the 19' as I plan to make my own cover to match the fabric. My fabric is plain so that I can change out color with pillows, and therefore I will add color in the piping on the mattress cover.

Per Crystal, " The mattress in the 19' is 79” long, 59” wide, and 8” deep. Please note that the front corners curve to accommodate the body line of the trailer, the back corners are square like a regular mattress."

Escape astounds me on how custom the trailers are. Since I sew, it is easier for me to make it and add the piping, which Escape doesn't do.

The cost for a custom mattress cover on my build sheet was $275.00. Looks great and fits perfectly. Unzips to be washed.

Nice, is that fabric that you supplied? On the fence with this. Already supplied fabric for the dinette. I'd have to place another order ASAP. Anyone using any aftermarket covers?

My fabric was the stock material. I'm sure they will use your custom material.

I'm sorry I did not go that route, you will not find a over the counter cover that fits.

OK, that does it! I think this is a good investment and it's going on our build sheet rather than me making one!

Glad you brought up the topic, GRINGOandTICA!

Not sure it's on my build sheet, but it is listed as an option on the website at $275 If you supply custom fabric it's only $200 than. Does that seem right?

I'm using a repeating vertical stripe pattern on the dinette and valances, which requires extra fabric. I wonder if that is the same for the bed if the pattern repeats?
