While I understand that ETI hasn't suffered flood damage the disruption to their supply chain and their employee's has been huge. It's probable that some of their employee's may have lost their homes.
So if your trailer business with them is a little bit disrupted have patience, they've taken a massive hit and are carrying on in an area that has been absolutely devastated.
Be thankful for that.

I just this week received notice my trailer is in production and is going to be finished ahead of schedule.
I live where two major rivers meet, its normal for the rivers to rise.
At times it will get higher than the normal flooding and create more than the usual problems.
By not building in certain flood zones things have greatly improved over the last 30 years.
Much less destruction, loss and most of all lives lost.
The most dangerous thing to do here is driving across flooded roads that have moving water.
