Oven replacement

We picked up our 21NE last June and we have about a hundred nights thus far. No small feat with two kids under 8.

Anyway, we like the trailer but the oven we ordered is no good for us and I’d like to get rid of it. My wife and I have each turned the knobs on with our butts and just a matter of time before my four year old son figures it out.

The inside of the oven has become pan storage because it is so difficult to use and the results are not great. I’m going to remove the oven and replace it with a gas cooktop.

Has anybody done this project or suggestions for a gas cooktop?

Some of us have gone with the Dickinson Marine 2 burner cooktop.

I installed the Dickinson Caribbean range. Great quality and performance. We have our grandkids in the trailer a fair bit and just let them know what not to touch. Unless the flames are ignited no gas flows anyway.
