I think the same applies to those in South Dakota that have a third party proxy in order to claim SD resident status. State laws vary but if you are found guilty of willfully failure to pay sales, use, or income taxes, you will go to jail. Those who full time in their rigs have to declare a home of record, which is where they vote, own property or pay utility bills and title their vehicles, obtain drivers licenses as well as spend majority of their time. Most states will not grant a drivers license to a PO address. In addition your federal income tax address will also indicate your home of record which most states will honor. Just some food for thought.
