The only thing I ran into was using the default top and slide setup was the table at max height was an inch or so lower then the original legs made it. Added a piece of 3/4" ply to raise it back up.

Thanks, Bob. I was wondering about the overall height with the slide mechanism included. Good to know the solution is readily at hand.
