Want to see a Escape 5.0 in AZ

Hi

I am new to this forum.
I would love to see a Escape 5.0 in real life. Because we think of buying one, but before I order or drive 3000 miles to the east coast I want to be inside at least one time.

Is here anyone from Arizona who owns a Escape 5.0 and would let us have a short view?
Or if anyone is planing a trip, can we meet?
Maybe also in the Future, we might plan to travel to Florida this fall, so we will drive trough NM, Texas, New Orleans to Pensacola...

I just want to be sure this thing works for us.
We want children to be sleeping on the dinette bed. I know this is not perfect, but I want a setup thats as small as possible. We eat outside always if there is no rain (we are not inside campers). But I want an option that lets us sneek into the small forest campgrounds. And still we want a place where we can sleep inside and cook and have a toilet
