Congratulations joebuoy!! I know you are excited......

Our 21NE started production yesterday July 27, 2023 so I haven't gotten to the point of getting pictures yet. Looking forward to seeing some.
My production start date is the same day that ETI announced going into production of the NEW E23. WOW!!!

Anyway...... I can't wait on ours.
Cheers........ and Happy Trails!!

P.S. Funny thing..... The email of production they sent still has Karl's name on it as the sender...

The automated emails about production start and photos were from Karl Kenny. I guess ETI is still working on scrubbing Karl from the email system.

Got My first pics.....

Well our 21ne went into production on July27 and got our first pictures today.

Word of advice...... when looking at your pictures, don't just look at them. It would be wise to scrutinize each one in case of something being omitted. Call them right away if you find something or have a question and they'll be more than happy to get you an answer.

……..or in some cases (like ours) you stare at the first batch of production photos to find a window opening cut out in the bathroom and an opening cut for a passenger side rear hatch - both of which we didn’t order! Ha! Turns out we love having them…..and got them at no charge.

But, yes, study those production photos carefully.

Except for when they "omit" the mistakes from the pics..........hence why I asked for a video of the whole trailer - inside and out - before delivery. I didn't buy that trailer.....

What showed up in the video that made you not take delivery of that trailer?

I'll just state, not built as ordered..............

Some would say - free extras - I say, things I specifically didn't want as spelled out on the build sheet.

ETI was easy to work with on the cancellation, they actually brought that option up first. They sold it as an inventory trailer for the higher price(s) that went into effect since I signed the build sheet, so more revenue for them.

As I was / am still sold on the basic construction / materials approach on an Escape, I buckled about a year latter and "won"/ bought an inventory trailer that had this fantastic workmanship hidden behind the drawer front.. ......though otherwise great, so far.

WOW........ZER!!!!!
For the money you spend on these trailers, they'd have to make that right.
There is NO way I'd let a customers unit go out like that....... PERIOD.

Hey Britcanuck, it only gets better from this point on. Soon you'll be getting your pictures as it moves down the line. It'll only be on the line for about 2 weeks. Moves pretty fast once the pictures start coming in.

Going to pick up my new 21ne Monday after next. Can't wait.

They started my build on Aug 11th, and Ill pick it up on Sep 11th or 12th.

They don't start sending pictures till the flooring is laid down, after that it builds up pretty fast.

Enjoy!!! Cheers.....and Happy trails to ya....

IMO it'd be wonderful to see this build-pic thread revived and continued.

I enjoyed the 'reminder' to check-out the pics when it was active and usually on the 'Recent Discussions' sidebar list.
