I added another under cabinet pancake light about amidships to the bed for some additional reading light.

Looks great- love the little touches like the lamp on the table. That "stooge" table at the end of kitchen counter is the largest I've seen; do you iron clothes on it? What color formica?

Funny! I saw the size of that stooge table and just assumed it was a dance platform. But, what do I know.......

Yes, there is plenty of light for reading in bed.

Also, don't you just love that extended cabinet over the drawer stack/furnace? I love mine!

Love the extended cabinet! If memory serves me right, I think we got the idea from your posts. Thanks so much!

Ironing board...great idea!

It is roughly 15 1/4" x 13 1/8"

Headed south to California. Stopped at Columbia Riverfront RV Park in Woodland, WA. Very nice place next to the Columbia. May stay here a couple of days.

Hi Jim! I really like the new awning but still trying to get used to the missing verticals.

I did observe that while I had it fully extended, the light rain that was falling created a water pocket in the center of the awning. I had to push from underneath to drain it.

However, when I had it partially extended, the rain was draining automatically on one end.

Still trying to figure out if there is a sweet spot

Any ideas from your end?

Hola Eric,

No wax. Just trying to keep it clean between rain showers in the Pacific Northwest. Looks like drier days ahead for a few days.

Mine retracted several times in windy gusts, have you tested yours yet. The box on the exterior awning rail holds you batteries for the motion sensor, if you shake it, it should retract. Have not had it up in the rain yet.

I've stayed there before and plan to do so again. Lucy really liked walking on the grass there. Another camper was walking her cat there as well. It was very quiet and peaceful there.

Yaa Hooo! This Thursday "Yet another Texan will be headed To Chilliwack"! After a 5 day setback due to some cabinet issues we'll be heading north and hoping for some good weather. Gonna try to catch Fred and Dora by San Diego - go slow guys!

Yes. We were in Bothell a few nights ago and suddenly we got a big wind gust. I looked outside to see how the awning was reacting and it flapped a bit but then...it retracted automatically! I love it!
