Cabinet vents
Are the cabinet vents installed at the Escape factory louvered, screened, or both ? Louvered vents appear more visualy pleasing but may not vent as well.

Not aware of any venting installed by Escape in any of their models. Several owners have done their own though.

Reece installed a couple of these in the bottom of our shower door ... worked great in warming up the shower and didn't let water out.

Hi - I'm the other half of John Culp... He forgot to mentioned that the vents were Escape factory louvered vents. Love them... I get cold easily and the vents allow warmer air from the main cabin of the trailer to enter the bathroom (especially when showering)!!!!!

Thank you Beth and John
Are the bath room vents round ? Size and locations in the door would be helpful.

Yes, they are round - two of them located at the bottom of the shower door. My guess is they are 3 to 4 inches in diameter. I'll try to get pictures later today.

Hi Again,
Sorry for the delay in posting these vent pictures. We didn't have the trailer on-site, it was at a dealership under lock and key. Bought a new truck and the dealership was having difficulty installing the brake controller so I brought the rig in for them to try for a 4th time. Urrrrr. Anyway, I'm digressing.
I've never posted pictures on this site, so not sure how to do it. I downloaded the pictures to flicker and called it: Escape Trailer - Bathroom Vents by Bethadrine. Then I tried to post the image, and the link, to the pictures. Please let me know if this doesn't work. (doesn't look like the image worked)
If you can enlarge the picture, you'll see the louvers in the vents. When in the trailer - the vents are not a focal point. When taking a picture of these specifically, they may look to be prominent.

Just asked Kim about these vents. Here's her reply:
You don't need the vents anymore as Reace reconfigured the door to allow ventilation. (new thing)

Reace's solution is to trim the door both at the top and bottom to allow air flow.....
I was just out there today asking about the vents the next time we bring our trailer in...
BTW---the 21' is a beauty!!!!

I think I would prefer a solid door (which I have) and then add vents if preferred. A shortened door would remind me of a public restroom stall.
