Pat: I would lay it out exactly as Ron did using the long radius 90 if you can. The only difference is I would put the flex connector in the long section of pipe to allow you some forgiveness in assembly and future removal. The flex connector and the black valve can be unbolted and the whole assembly would come out. With the flex your last move can be gluing the 90 onto the short pipe stub you glue inside the collar of the T80 and while simultaneously inserting the pipe stub on the other end into the flex connector that is already tightened on the tank side end. So you can dry fit and build the 90 with 45 street elbow with small 1-1/2” pipe stub and insert that as your last piece.
I enjoy the adrenalin rush as I fit multi glued joints into a space with unmovable attachment points. But seriously, the flex is a good way of leaving some wiggle room.
I'm not sure that I'd worry about covering it in foam again. I've got a lot of miles of rough roads with my exposed plumbing and I've never had any issues with road debris damage.

I want that flexible piece just in case because my right arm doesn't have strength or mobility anymore due to that injury. I just keep going looking ahead for the much needed improvement and ease with operating that grey valve . Since we have the same trailer , I am following your installation , you led the way ! Pat

Sometimes the people who followed me may have had second thoughts.
No damage at all to the exposed plumbing. Not like my old Scamp with the front bath. The water pump hung down low and seemed to be saying "hit me".

Can I use a self drilling 1/4 in screw through the 4 in frame about the middle ? I remember discussions on the frame and am not sure . Don't want to screw through the fiberglass . Last item to do . Putting holes in the frame could weaken it. I added a bracket to secure the piping on my mod by scraping the paint off an area of the frame that I wanted the bracket on and JB welding the bracket to the frame. Some touchup black paint afterwards and it looks like it came that way.
I used a cushioned pipe clamp to secure the pipe to the bracket. Here's a link to a 1 1/2" one.

Escape used plumbing strap screwed to the fiberglass to mount the 3" drain in my 21. I had to replace the gate valve, and it was a bear to do since the screw holding the strap was tough to get to.

When I did my plumbing redo, that plumbing strap was the first to go. A pipe clamp mounted to the frame is much preferred.
