Thanks, I missed that. Good that you found a home for your T80 - I ended up trashing the one I had due to no takers.

With the flex your last move can be gluing the 90 onto the short pipe stub you glue inside the collar of the T80 and while simultaneously inserting the pipe stub on the other end into the flex connector that is already tightened on the tank side end. So you can dry fit and build the 90 with 45 street elbow with small 1-1/2” pipe stub and insert that as your last piece.
I enjoy the adrenalin rush as I fit multi glued joints into a space with unmovable attachment points. But seriously, the flex is a good way of leaving some wiggle room.

I'm not sure that I'd worry about covering it in foam again. I've got a lot of miles of rough roads with my exposed plumbing and I've never had any issues with road debris damage.

Glad it's going well.

Dave a picture of more removed foam from last night . Also the abs pieces I have . Also have more to take back to store later when it's together . My set up per your instructions , except the rubber adapter will replace the straight pipe when I get it off the current setup. Pat

Morning Ron ! Don't worry not putting foam back on those valves . They need to be exposed for any future needed repairs . Good to hear with some of the terrain you have traveled on no damage . I want that flexible piece just in case because my right arm doesn't have strength or mobility anymore due to that injury. I just keep going looking ahead for the much needed improvement and ease with operating that grey valve . Since we have the same trailer , I am following your installation , you led the way ! Pat

Sometimes the people who followed me may have had second thoughts.

No damage at all to the exposed plumbing. Not like my old Scamp with the front bath. The water pump hung down low and seemed to be saying "hit me".

Pat: Looking fantastic. I see you now used a 45 street elbow off the 90. Good move. The flex coupler is positioned nicely too.

Pictures here soon . All glued and put together . Question ? I want to install a plumbing strap around the 90 just in case . Can I use a self drilling 1/4 in screw through the 4 in frame about the middle ? I remember discussions on the frame and am not sure . Don't want to screw through the fiberglass . Last item to do . Pat

Putting holes in the frame could weaken it. I added a bracket to secure the piping on my mod by scraping the paint off an area of the frame that I wanted the bracket on and JB welding the bracket to the frame. Some touchup black paint afterwards and it looks like it came that way.

I used a cushioned pipe clamp to secure the pipe to the bracket. Here's a link to a 1 1/2" one.

The bracket is a Simpson Strong-Tie L-Angle from Home Depot. Here is a link.

They have an assortment to choose from.

Yup, and I put my in plastic bags also and carry them with me as spares.

Escape used plumbing strap screwed to the fiberglass to mount the 3" drain in my 21. I had to replace the gate valve, and it was a bear to do since the screw holding the strap was tough to get to.

When I did my plumbing redo, that plumbing strap was the first to go. A pipe clamp mounted to the frame is much preferred.

And it looks like you have a really clean upgrade to your drains. Yours looks like the go by for other 19' owners to follow.
