Second mod - smaller table

Most of our use will be two of us so we decided a smaller table made sense. Easier to access overhead bins and sit on the edge of the seat to put shoes on, etc.

I tapered the bath side to make access easy without a sliding top. I used brass inserts and 1/4-20 thumbscrews to attach it. I’ll add inserts to the standard ETI table so swapping will be quick and easy.

The table is maple plywood trimmed in walnut and cherry.

Bravo, maestro

Good, tight joinery and a sweet use of detail and contrasting woods.
Bravo!
