AC Unit Compressor

We have a new 2021 21NE. we just pulled it out to get ready for our first trip in it. The AC would not come on at all. Our son finally took the screen filter off and found something that was not plugged in. As soon as he plugged it in the unit kicked on however the compressor will not come on. The whole inside of the ceiling unit just wobbles. We’ve checked all fuses/circuit breakers and all is good. Any suggestions appreciated.

I had to tighten down the ceiling mounting bolts on one of my Escapes. which one escapes me right now.......?

I'd call ETI and see if they have a solution. If not, tell ETI you are taking the trailer to a repair shop, and expect ETI to pay the bill.

Sounds like they didn't finish installing the AC. Hard to believe since they apparently test all systems prior to delivery.
