Awning Extends 3 Inches Only
The Dometic 9500 strutless awning on our brand new to us 2020 E-21C extends to 3 inches only, then stops with the motor still running and producing a clicking sound similar to an axle end spinning in its socket. I'm hoping that sound is instead a clutch releasing. Reaching up to the awning and attempting to somehow free it, I feel the awning solid in its 3 inch extension position from which it won't move. Pushing the stop button stops the clicking sound and pulls the awning back towards its stow position. Pushing the retract button stows the awning normally. Is this a known condition with a known fix and if so what might that be?
