There's plastic piping from the tank to the tap. Maybe drain the system and add water to the tank (don't turn on the pump) and try the water from the drain valve at the bottom of the tank in case...

I have the manual dolly and moved around our previous bare bones Boler easily. Our driveway has a slight incline and our 15a can get really hard to stop. On a flat surface can still move it around ok.

Remove the screen and then undo the nut that holds the fan on. Pull the fan off of motor and then there's enough room to put your hand thru to do some cleaning.
