Minor detail but to prevent confusion this should be Converter/Fridge. Converters take the 120V AC and make 12V DC.

This sounds strange. If the EMS is letting 120V AC power into the trailer you should have full functionality of all systems. The 120V power directly feeds everything fed out of the WFCO breaker box...
