Well, LS says the brakes are fine, will adjust them, and the spare is 10 years old so recommend also replacing it.

Maybe, but when I asked a few years ago they told me my tires were fine and I didn't need new ones. Definitely not profit-oriented there! But they probably won't have a lot of choices.

I need to get new tires. Ideally I'll go to Les Schwab as nothing else is close by. Does anyone know if they carry a suitable replacement tire?

And should I replace the spare? I don't think it...
