The side cushions on a 19 are only 26" wide. The cushions in the 21 are 4" wider and the dinette itself is 6" wider because of the trailer width.

I'm pretty sure that the 19 has the smallest u-shaped dinette conversion, even smaller than the 17, so I don't know that it will seat four people in "reasonable comfort". This is assuming of course...
