Cresent Wrench, is a trade name, proper definition is Adjustable Spanner.

I attached the tube for our stinky slinky under the frame, not on top

A couple of stainless pipe straps around the rear bumper, will hold the tube under the rear bumper, and no modifications are required.
Works graet on our 19 now.

Tell me about the wooden blocks.
When the tube was mounted on our 19, with the strapping you mentioned, the wooden block split and was not noticed at the factory.
The screw was barely holding.
