Not familiar with Scamp ( indicated in your profile ), but ETI says to run the pump for 15-20 seconds after you've drained the fresh water tank and drained and bypassed the water heater.

Sounds like you only have enough air pressure to disturb the water in your lines. I sure wouldn't count on that tire inflator to do the job.

But, you buy a hand pump with attachment for the city water inlet and you pump direct from the antifreeze...

I too only got an ounce from the low-point drain....

I too only got an ounce from the low-point drain. I was recently advised to open a tap and then open the low point drain. I drained another eight ounces when I did that.
