If you order stuff from etrailer.com, do it by phone and ask if they can ship the item to ETI from their Ontario warehouse. Saves on shipping and brokerage.

I will never again use UPS to ship from US to Canada after receiving a bill for $50 for customs clearance.
USPS has never charged me for customs. USPS hands off to Canada Post and service is great.
