You can find them all with the Canada Border Services Agency's listing of Highway/Land Border Offices
. Once you have a short list of crossing locations which permit your type of crossing (e.g. Nexus or not) you can check wait times on the CBSA website (linked to the crossing pins on the map). Presumably you would consider information such as opening hours (since minor offices are often open only limited daytime hours... although bridges are generally major crossings). There can be a big difference in wait times at crossings in the same area.
Headed to the Niagara area, presumably the Buffalo and Niagara area crossings (four in total) would be of most interest, but there are also a couple bridges along the St. Lawrence and many from Vermont and Maine, if you want to travel through eastern Ontario rather than New York State.
