I was thinking if we used the “same common word” ESCAPEES that we may end up in the same area.
The following is from the event page...
“Those wanting to be closer together as a group will need to identify their preference during registration and all those in their group enter the same common word in the designated field during registration (your common word could be your local town or city as a suggestion). We will do our best to group registrants who enter the same key word when they register.
NOTE: registration preferences including: medical requirement for power; disability access, generator area will take preference meaning those members may not be located close to their group.”

"Escape" or "Escapers" might be used. Escapees is an organization and it has no connection to Escape trailers. There are a few Escape owners who belong including some who are fulltimers using the Escapees address as their home address.

When you read the information you will understand that if you put in the word “ESCAPERS” they will try to keep us together. That is unless you want to run your generator and then you will be in that “group”. I think this link will get you there.

I had already used the “ESCAPERS” key word. Now I see that Jim B. used something else. Hopefully we all end up close. If not a little walk probably won't kill me.

I was just trying to come up with a key/group word rather than a trailer brand which of course you already have. Great that this is an option...now all I need is my trailer to be built.

Tickets for the event are $129 for your trailer plus $40 or each person which totals $169 minimum, plus the tax, (5% Federal GST and 8% Provincial PST) which totals $190.97, the tax collectors are making money on our event

The ticket price covers the entire event from August 15 to 19 (and I know some Escapes owners are staying a few more days), this is not a daily fee

Ian, I did enter one extra event pass. Guess it never entered. How do I fix that?

Not to worry, I will be sending and email out, closer to the event, with instructions on how to purchase extra event passes. Our limitation is trailers, I only have room for 1000 but we have lots of room for participants
