Hi Ian,

I just registered Dora and myself for the rally, but I have two concerns.

1. We wanted to arrive on Monday, 08/13/18 and leave on Tuesday, 08/21/18, but I never saw where to do that. Can you advise?

2. The name on the tags should be “Fred Morón” and “Dora Morón”. The receipt incorrectly shows “Fred Mor n” and “Dora Mor n”. How can I fix that?

Finally, how many Texans are headed to this rally? Yee-Haw!!!

Regards,

Fred M.

Fred, great to see that you and Dora are coming! Are you joining one of the caravans? If you plan to arrive Monday I guess not, but you cannot get onto the Red River site until Wed. If you're coming from the south you're welcome to come stay with us or in our town park only $15 a night with power.

Thanks for the invite! We have not laid out our plans yet. We probably won’t join a caravan. Where is the Red River site that you mentioned?

Looking forward seeing you both!!

Ian: We haven't received e-mail for second event ticket yet. They did take my money though, so I am assuming it's all okay...?

Cool! More people joining in the fun!

I'm staying at the Arrowhead RV Park, the 13th & 14th... then again the night of the 20th. Mainly because of needing to do laundry, full hookups, etc. Yeah, I could stay elsewhere cheaper, but then I'd need to run around town to get things done before heading east...

The web page states that the event opens on Wed and only registered volunteers will be allowed in Tue. Glad to see you there.

But we can stay after the rally until as late as Tuesday, look under the event schedule for Sunday.

Hey Fred
When we went up to Adrian’s town of Emerson MB, we stayed in the city campground that’s right next to the swimming pool on the “dry side” of the Red River levee. It was a good place to camp for the night. You’ve crossed the border, (get fuel in the USA,) and can buy cheap whiskey when you cross. And get a good ice cream cone at the swimming pool. How could it be any better? If Adrian needs his lawn mowed, it’s not very big. Course I didn’t offer, just drank his beer and ate his food on the way to St Malo. Have a great time in Canada, show them how ladder ball is played.

Sorry for the delay in replying Fred, I am on a short vacation

1) Sorry the earliest we can let anyone in is on Tuesday Aug 14 and that will be for volunteers so we can get them set-up and organized before the masses arrive on Wednesday. Although there are no planned activities past Aug 19 you are welcome to stay until Aug 21.

2) Don't worry about the names on the tickets emailed to you, the names on those are the credit card holder name. I will have individual name tags made up with the names you entered when you registered, they will be included in your registration package and handed out when you arrive.

3) As of the end of April there were 3 from Texas, not sure how many more like yourself have bought tickets this month

This is fantastic. I will be able to bring my wife and show her campers in person. Hopefully it will be sunny and hot as well so she can see what the inside of an escape is like with that weather.

As a non fiberglass trailer owner, is there just a visitor pass or something I can buy to come check out everything?
