The cost for me doing this 3 month road trip is I haven't been on the forum long enough to find out about this. I wish they had sent an email. I will be home after the Thanksgiving weekend and will look for availability then.

Glad that you were able to do your long awaited cross country trip. Maybe you should volunteer to give a presentation at the rally.
While the cat's away the mouse will play.
We scored a really nice site.

I believe Escape did send an email, it was in their last newsletter email.

I just reviewed all correspondence from Escape, in every possible folder and got nothing.
Maybe next year if all is booked up.

Hi Jim - it was in the September 9 newsletter, which had this:
Welcome to our latest newsletter - Dive right into the 2024 Escape Rally, Florida Egg Rally, see the E23 Progress update and enjoy a beautiful review!
Escape Rally 2024
We are excited to announce that we'll be hosting the next Escape Rally at the beautiful Nk'Mip RV Park in Osoyoos, BC. The dates will be May 23rd Thursday through to May 26th Sunday. For now, please just save the dates in your calendar. We will reach out with further details on how to book and what to bring soon.
Last year we had over 150 Escape trailers attend and enjoyed lovely conversation, yummy food and had lots of fun. Impressions of last year's rally are here.

I checked by that date, in all folders, but there was nothing. I believe I had the same thing last year but heard sooner.
Thanks for including a copy.

Haven't seen any news or newsletters from ETI in at least a year. How do we get back on their list?

Go to the home page on escapetrailer.com...scroll all the way down to the bottom - on the left hand side, there is the "Subscribe & Download" button - which opens a pop-up - just complete that again. You can ignore or delete the downloaded document...or enjoy it again!

Nice, we're just up the hill from you.
Did they say anything about how booked up for the rally they are?

I think they are only booking for the ETI event before November.
They start the general public November so there may still be spots available.

We are coming from Arizona and have space 73 booked I hope it is a good one. We have some green grass for the dogs. They don't know what grass is coming from desert landscaping. We will be stopping by the factory on our way there. We just had our first camping trip in the 2022 Escape19 a few weeks ago. Loving the space after a few years in a Casita. We will be departing and heading to the north rim of the Grand Canyon after the rally. My astronomy club hosts the star party from June 1st to the 9th at the lodge which is open to the public at no charge. They have a great campground there but limited spaces if anyone would like to join us get your reservations in with the Park Service. They take reservations starting 6 months in advance. I will have one of my telescopes with me so conidiations permitting I will probably have it set up at least one evening. Come by and introduce yourselves. Ken & Sandy Space 73

Be careful about the grass in the park. Unless things have changed, there are low growing stickers in the grass and will hurt the dogs pads. The stickers are strong enough to puncture bicycle tires. When I was there, I found I couldn't walk barefoot across the grass in my site!
The stickers are called Goatheads.

Howdy neighbor. I'm just along the same row in #78.
The campground map doesn't show the topography. You're in an area a little higher that the folks down below and the ones with waterfront sites. Good area, close to the clubhouse and close to the water.
Our little dog walked all over the grass in that area and didn't pick up anything in her paws.

No
But they asked if I was coming to the Rally. I wanted to be in the same area as last year. We were next to Johnny Hung backed up to lake. They said no Lake sites were open unless you wanted to go down past the canteen.

New to Rally
Could someone post the contact information for the campground where the Rally will be located? I just picked up my new TV yesterday (step 1), will be retiring in April and asking for a pickup date in Chilliwack in the second week of May for a 5.0. Been lurking here for two years and my dreams are starting to take shape
TIA!

And don't be shy about asking for a certain area, you don't have to take the first campsite that they suggest.
