Want to buy 21' Escape Camper
After viewing the specification sheet, I decided that the 21' model is what I am really interested to purchase. Please advise if you have one for purchase.

21 will be for sale in AZ
We just returned from a 5000 mile trip in our 2013 21 and it is ready to go again as soon as we finish cleaning our personal items out and washing the exterior. Just add food and clothing and go. I'll have pictures in a few days. It is loaded except no solar, it does have sun screens and a curtain for the awning and just about every other option. We will be asking $24000 USD.

Hi AZ Jack & terrycoplin,
We've noticed newer rvs coming up for sale, just wondering why, did you not enjoy camping?
Thanks

My neighbor just bought a 2014 Lance 2285 for $20K. The original owner used it three times; he retired, but she went back to work. New they list over $40K. Every owner who sells has a different motivation for selling and often it has nothing to do with "not enjoying camping"- although for some it probably does.
Bottom line- seller's motivation is usually irrelevant and as in real estate it is often a mistake to try and guess what it is. If the item meets your needs and a bargain can be made great!

sell 21
Reason is simple, I have been saying for over a year no more long trips, too tiring. Then realized all the short trips, under 500 miles we have done numerous times with our Harleys, collectable cars or RV's. We have owned and traveled in trailers, motorhomes or vans, VW's or full size for the nearly 54 years we have been married. Maybe that is the reason we survive 6 weeks in a small trailer together.
Our trailer has no odor problem, maybe because it is a 2013 and all of the odors have been blown out. It's now 6:30 and I should be out side empting and cleaning.

Now we have to finish cleaning but it will be here for a while. Someone likes our trailers I guess.

Congrats, Jack. Knew that one wouldn't last long, lots of folks know you and Nancy and how nice your trailer is.

Our 17 sold without listing it anywhere too...
I think it's probably pretty common when you camp with a group of friends - someone speaks up when you decide to sell....it just never gets mentioned.

Ok, so it is more common than originally thought, as a moderator we have to close threads after it is sold and I was basing my comment on that process. Either way, good to know.

Yes it certainly was the "grape vine" drinking wine with you at your Wine Escape in 2013. Certainly glad I went that day

Yeppers, Alf's wine or his maple whiskey works wonders on the attendees.
