When we first got Mis-Adventure I was not sure about the usefulness of either the 3rd burner nor the oven. After having used all 3 burners on a very raining night or 3 and the stove more than once I am not unhappy the previous owner (CPAHarley) had that done.

You are not going to cook a turkey or even a good sized hen in the thing unless you cut it up, but I am envisioning biscuits, corn bread, pop-overs, etc. above and beyond my favorite bread pudding recipe.

So...is it a must have....no. But, it sure is a nice glad I have it kind of thing.

As Donna sez...YMMV.

(PS...I also use the space behind the stove-top for a narrow storage spot.)
