I realize that. But unless he's opened the bench up, the inverter is right next to the converter and it would be difficult to hear which fans are running. But, the inverter needs to be turned on for that to happen.

The converter fan now stopped running after I vacuum the vents to the fan and opened the bench cover to cool the converter and turned the battery disconnect to off position for couple of minutes. I double checked it the fan noise was coming from the converter fan. My inverter was never turned on. The inverter remote control is in off mole. I appreciated everyone's help. It was an uncomfort feeling of losing 120v power. Thank you all.

Glad it got straightened out.

For anyone else who faces a tripped breaker for the first time, just remember to throw it all the way off, or it will stay tripped and won't lock in the on position.
