Tiles
They look very nice, but I don’t think you can hang things on them, so there is a lot of potential storage space going to waste. Have any of you tried to put command hooks on them?

We have the 2019 version which does not have the short backsplash coming up from the counter. Wondering if these stick on tiles are heat resistant enough to be behind the stove. Thanks for any info. Lana

The walls do not get hot at all, so heat resistance is not necessary, just looks.

Yes you should be fine. If it is too hot for SmartTiles then it would be too hot for the vinyl wall covering Escape uses. We have the high output Dickinson marine cooktop and have had no issues.
SmartTile specifically endorses their tiles for use in RV’s. I can’t speak to other cheaper brands.

I suspect that the vinyl wall covering is as easy to clean as tiles would be, if not easier, since there are no seams or "grout" lines.

Smart Panel in stainless steel
Has anyone used the stainless steel Smart Panel for a short backsplash in the stove area?

It looks nice. I wonder if it can bend around the corner?
Thanks,
Cedar

Back splash peel and stick tiles.
Just received our 5.0. I have been planning on peel and stick back splash. When you install, are you just butting up to the window? (the soft walls "curve" into the trim). Or do you actually "tuck" the tiles under the trim?

It's been a while but I recall templating around the window to achieve a very nice fit against the window frame. You can try to tuck it but the edge around the window might be compressed down too tight on the vinyl. I did tuck it under the trim on the sides to make it look really clean.

Thank you @rubicon327 for the SmartTiles recommendation. Just got done installing Smart Tiles backsplash onto our 15A. Easy enough to work with and improved the appearance...very happy with the outcome.
I did remove the original ~4" formica over wood backsplash...
