Bunk - Cot - Hammock - Sleeping Platform

Has anybody added some type of bunk, cot, hammock or other sleeping platform to an older model that did not originally come with that option for an extra sleeping space?

From the research I have done, I know that you can not add the factory options after the fact due to lack of structure/support in the walls, but it seems that it would be possible to make something to be freestanding and removable.

I have searched, but have not been able to locate anything. I have seen homemade versions on the Scamp and Casita sites but nothing for the Escape.

With all of the creative folks on here I thought someone may have already done something similar.

So, if you have done something similar or seen something let me know.
Thanks,
CC

I'd think that it would be fairly easy to make a bunk over the lower sleeping area.

Vertical supports could sit on the dinette bench with traverse framing running side-to-side. No permanent attachments would be necessary and with a few wingnuts the unit could knock down to make the dinette usable.
