Without dissecting it, couldn't say. However it's made, its only 10 lbs and its strong enough to turn it into a bed.

Something to think about.

The rear receiver hitch is another place you could mount that extra bracket . Square tube to fit hitch with vertical plate welded to it, bolt the bracket to that. Add a couple camp chairs, outside dinning!

Looks great Mark&Elaine, one question ... how did you brace the mount to the trailer? I would love to see what you did back there.

Very classy!!! I've been wondering how the tables would look in a trailer and now I know. A tabletop is now on my list as well as the Lagun pedestal. Thanks for showing the pictures.

Mark & Elaine, this looks fantastic! When the table is unfolded, can it be removed from the bracket and be used to create the bed (does it sit on the table support ledge along the side and back benches)?

Lagun Table Mount
On Marine Teak, they are showing Lagun on sale. Currently $140.85 plus international shipping $32.76 to U.S. for total of $173.60, this is quite a bit less than I paid when I purchased mine.

Cheers!

No the table is not wide enough to use for the bed. My original intent was to have a smaller table than the one supplied by Escape. The table and mount all remove very easily and I will make either 2 or 3 filler boards to make the bed. The filler boards will store under the rear bench. When the bed is made, the table will store under the bed! At least according to the master plan! I have the table Escape provided.....it might get cut into 3 pieces..

Thanks for the info. What are the dimensions of the table open and closed? Where did you get it from?

The table is 26.8" X 31.5" open. 13.4" X 31.5" closed. I purchased the table from marineteak.co.uk. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday!
