Faucet installation causes leak

This took a while to occur, but our 2019 21 started leaking water under the sink. Fortunately, we were in the trailer at home when it happened. It could have been much worse if on the road.
After investigation I determined the leak was in the hot water copper tubing that connects to the PEX fitting. It looks like during installation they pushed to tubing to the back to make the connection. This put a kink in the tubing and had it rubbing against the large threaded fitting that holds the faucet down. Over time, the vibration and wear caused a pinhole leak.

The picture is worse than it was because I had to bend the tubing to remove it. This broke the tubing open. You can also see the kink and wear in the cold water line. It wasn't leaking, but it was only a matter of time.

You might check your connections. Inserting some plastic might ease the friction and wear.

Off to get a new faucet. Any recommendations?

Here is one idea:

Acuva ArrowMAX UV sterilizer. You pretty much need to use the UV box with their faucet, because their faucet has wiring/switch to turn on the UV.

I have the Acuva Arrowmax 2.0 and love it but I don't think it's a good choice to replace the main faucet as the water flow is quite slow. Also, it wouldn't work for hot and cold as it only has 1 connection. It's great for drinking water though!

Sorry I don't have any specific recommendations but my brother who is a plumber always recommends anything by American Standard or Moen.
