Ron... Thanks for the idea.. I just increased the time to wait between posts to 2 minutes.. should be OK for us "hunt & peck" people..

Ok.. I was thinking of adding a limit of 25 posts per day per member as way to discourage Spam..when it does occur.. any thoughts?

I'm not too sure if it was a BOT as they would of been able to do thousands of posts in a second..and they need to do some "screen scraping" to replicate the forms that are served up on the Web, plus...
