Landing Lights?

I have 4 expanding lanterns stowed in my trailer for use on the rare occasions when we arrive after dark and have a tight spot. The idea is to turn them on and put at the corners of the campsite to act as "landing lights" to help guide the rig in place. I have yet to use them, will see how they work out. The idea was precipitated by having a particulary tight spot on a particulary dark night at T. H. Stone a couple years back.

The goal is to arrive before dark if at all possible but that doesn't always work out.
