The other common item that is normally directly connected to the battery that would bypass the disconnect switch is the inverter. Even when the inverter is switched "off", the remote panel is active. I wouldn't know if there is any current draw when it is not in use.

Thank you gentlemen. It turns out we're leaning towards taking the trailer to the Tetons again this winter, thus rendering the discussion moot.

We've used one of these in our trailers for years: https://www.davisinstruments.com/product/air-dryr-1000/ and have been happy with it (I also have one in an outbuilding where I make my soap). We do leave the cupboard doors open in the trailer so that everything is somewhat warmed.
