Hi: All... C149 here as well. Came in a day early and the office got us a week in one spot.
Lots of sand bagging going on in town but the water level is reported to be about normal for the time of year!!! Alf

There’s a site that monitors and graphs the lake level, just Google : Osoyoos Lake Level, and scroll down. It’s a foot down from a week ago and charting lower. Only a few sites are compromised on the far lake-end Lake area, but I understand their cautiousness.
About 8 Escapes here so far. Big rigs are leaving in droves.
Put on your best personality at check-in. They didn’t honor our site request made in November, and gave us an unacceptable near-Lake site that wouldn’t fit us. On the third try we got somewhat near where we had first “requested/reserved” in the C22 to C32 area, most of which were unoccupied last night. Desk clerk said the WiFi was dead.

We tried Bill. Usually you can kill 'em with kindness and it makes a difference, but it didn't happen for us at Nk'Mip. They gave our site to a camper who arrived 5 minutes before us anyway.
My advice to those who are attending for the first time is to not worry about your site. Just focus on meeting all the other Escape owners, and having fun. Reace and Tammy do a GREAT job and this will be a highlight of your year.

Well we got out of town earlier than expected so we drove straight to Osoyoos. Same with us they gave the site away that we had booked in November 6 we made a stink when we phoned them to ask if we could stay an extra day. When we arrived we kindly turned down the first site the offered and ended up with the site beside the one we had booked. My wife and I killed them with kindness at check in, we are in site C18.
Look forward to meeting everyone.

Hi: wetzk... Welcome to Canada's "Hot spot". What happens if you wanted "Tossed salad" for dinner? Alf

Hi Alf
I’ve tossed my salad a few times but never at the border. Hope you have a good site and a great time. Last year we went to a restaurant not far from the CG on Thursday night and got the rib special. Pretty good if you could ignore some of the patrons.
