Baja 2020, maybe

It's always "maybe" up to the point where I go to the Q'site library and order my Mexican insurance.

Right now things look good, very good, better than they've ever been. There is only 1 mile of unpaved Mex. 5. Reports from last week say that what formerly took about 1 1/2 hours to do previously now takes 20 minutes. Several of the damaged bridge approaches are also repaired so there's fewer detours.

We have friends leaving in a couple of days and will be getting an update on what's happening at Coyote Beach. I don't expect much change, change doesn't happen fast in Baja although the sudden upping of the work pace on Mex. 5 was a real surprise.

Anyone thinking of heading to Baja after Q'site can discuss their personal timetable etc. by PM or email. There is a Baja seminar scheduled for Baja.

6" of snow on top of the trailer yesterday, can't wait to be on the road.
