After impossible trying to phone ( automatically goes to voice mail after one ring and they never call back)
I finally played around long enough online and booked from Wednesday to Monday morning in site 27.

Well, it seems to be a win some, lose some as far as folks being to make contact by phone.
Site 27 is a good location, nice and near to the site of most of the action. We're happy to be nearer to the clubhouse because we found ourselves heading to the clubhouse quite a few times for different events.

So this will be your first Escape Rally? It is a lot off fun, meeting new people and then associating screen names to the name tags....

This will be my first rally in Canada. Made it five times to the Mississippi Rendezvous, twice without a trailer. You're right, great to put faces to the name tags and names on this forum. Missed meeting you but hope to meet you and your wife at a future rally.

This is exactly what we did. We picked up our E19 on May 23, 2019, in Sumas. We drove back into Canada, and directly to the 2019 Osoyoos rally. We had a great time.
Luckily, we didn't need any in-campsite repair.

We just picked up our trailer yesterday, and I made a reservation today, I've been a little excited about the trailer and the rally . I hope we did this right, I selected a specific site (336) but the reservation doesn't have the site listed, just "30 amp serviced waterfront". Though I did read the post earlier in the thread we won't be in the main area for the Rally, I thought kid and dogs would be happier right on the water.

You can always walk or bike your way up the hill to the main part and meet fellow members. I highly recommend the bike as the CG is very large. Stop in at #166 and say hello....

Keep those numbers coming, I'm making a list. Always nice to be able to find and touch base with specific members. Very difficult if there isn't a list and sort of frustrating to find out later that someone you would have liked to have touched base with was there but your paths didn't cross.

That was my only disappointment on the rally last May. There was so many people I wanted to meet but had no clue on what site they where in. When Escape asked for feedback on the rally that was my only negative that they didn't post a list of names and sites.

I talked to Karl a a couple other Escape employees about the lack of a list of attendees and maybe, just maybe, they will have one too. Still, I like what Ron is doing anyway.

Good to know,
I checked the calendar, 164 days until the rally in the valley begins. I'm really looking forward to it this year.....anyone want to sample some scrapple? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrapple

I have never tried scrapple but always will reserve comment until I try it, and I'll eat anything.

Well Jim,
You are welcome to sample some of mine at Osoyoos, site #166 next May.....I cook some bacon first and then use the bacon juice to cook the scrapple, I'm getting hungry now!
