Jim, this sounds like a version of Spam with some grains added. I read your post about choosing a route to Osoyoos. Well, Austin, Minnesota on I-90 just east of I-35 is the home of Spam, made by Hormel Foods. You could visit the Spam Museum.
And there's a festival in summer:

What wine would you pair with it?

Laura and I will arrive a bit early, May 22nd and leave on the 29th. We have family in Kelowna and Naramata. Site 87
My sister and family lived on the Westside (West Kelowna) for over a decade. I last visited them in the Valley in 2004. Lots of great memories.

I'm really looking forward to this years rally, maybe my last for awhile, but each day I find something else I need and then order. Hopefully it will all fit in my truck/Escape combo!! I think I have spares for my spares......!! For example, I found these neat Stanley screwdrivers... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Hi Ron
Tischers are confirmed in 42# from 5/25 - 5/29.
Our next door neighbors Paul Gorenzel & Kristina Norberg are likewise confirmed for the same dates. We both have Escape 21's. Ours is a 2016, theirs is a 2019.
Looking forward to seeing everyone and looking at some of the newer model layouts.
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Best Regard
Jim & Judy Tischer

Site 38
We will be in site 38, hopefully. We are scheduled to pick up our trailer earlier that week. If it is delayed we may be offering our site to last minute travelers. Maybe we will win the prize for newest!

There's a good chance that you might be the newest although others have been known to schedule their pickup up just before the rally. One multiple Escape owner comes to mind.
Maybe ETI could offer prizes to the newest and oldest Escape. The trailer, not the owner. I'm not sure who would have won the oldest Escape at this year's rally.

A few years back Reace gave the history story on Escape trailers. Part of the story involved when they were basically broke and were ready to lock the door. They were having a few drinks at the end of the last day. A gentleman came though the door and told Reace he was ready to buy. Reace explained they were out of money and ready to quit building trailers. The fellow paid for a trailer up front and told
Reace he could show it at RV shows that winter and he’d pick his trailer up later in the spring. Reace built the trailer and got more orders for trailers. Saved the company and rest was history.
We were camped at the rally that year at the crest of the little hill as you come up into the main campground.First spot on the right. An older fellow pulled up in a sporty little convertible. He asked if I knew where Reace was camped. I told him and before he drove away he told me, “I bought the trailer the afternoon he was closing the doors and I thought I’d like to congratulate him on his success.” Always pays to be congenial.

Lot's of folks have left the rally and headed to Alaska. Great timing. You end up being there on the longest day of the year. Makes you feel like a 7 year old again, not wanting to go to bed because it's still light out.
