Honda EU3200i

Just received an email from Campingworld about a new Honda Gen. The EU3200i. Same weight as my 2200 ( about 60lb ) . That was the only thing keeping me from buying the 3000. Can;t handle 150lb anymore.

Called Northern Tool (15% old soldier discount) and ordered one. Anyone have any experience with one yet?

Wow. 3200 watts at only 60# and nearly as quiet as a EU2000/2200i. Fuel injected. Honda never fails to deliver. Not cheap but nothing good is. These are so new I doubt anyone even has their hands on one yet

It's quiet but heavy - 134 lb. And no fuel injection. $2399.

Going out to start the Honda snow blower and move about 8 inches of snow. -7 degrees now, feels colder with wind.

I remember when the 2200s came out, there was very attractive pricing on the 2000s till they were gone. We bought a couple for work as all we needed them for was infrequent power outages and limited wattage. We usually used them to run the overhead doors to get the trucks in and out.

One thing about the pricing on the 3200, if purchased to run camper AC, you would save the need to buy a soft start capacitor device which is about $300.

All depends upon your willingness to let go of some bitcoin.
